The console
The console is where you manage your licensing: model products with their pricing and license terms, create the orders that issue licenses, invite your team, and manage your plan. It has two origins, the live console (your production tenant) and the Sandbox (a linked playground with seedable data and SBX-prefixed keys; see Sandbox and trials).
Two ideas organize the console:
- A product is the complete description of what you sell: its name, price, and license terms (a Perpetual or Subscription license type, optionally floating seats, device limits, and a duration), all in one form.
- An order is how licenses come to exist. Every license is issued by an order, and the keys are emailed to the customer; the console never displays a key, and only a hash is stored at rest. A manual or free-of-charge license is an order with a total of 0.

Your account-plane surfaces live under the Account menu (the person icon, top right), so the main menu stays focused on your product catalog. Users, your team's invitations and roles rather than your customers, sits above Settings, which holds your account profile, Plan & Usage, and the danger zone.
Each license has its own detail page for seats, offline activation, and revocation. You reach it from its order, from search, or from reports, rather than from a sidebar section.
Start with first steps if your tenant is new. From there, continue to products, orders, licenses, plan and billing, and team, reports, and the rest.
